Q: What is the difference between natural and organic?
A: Natural describes an ingredient produced by nature, such as a plant or vegetable. Organic refers to the properties entailed in the production of the ingredient. An organic ingredient is a natural ingredient that has been grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals. Not all natural ingredients are organic. Avitalin formulas use as many organic ingredients as possible, and all Avitalin products are natural.
Q: Why are natural skin care ingredients better for us?
A: The skin is a living and breathing tissue that covers and protects the body but also absorbs things that come into contact with it. This means that our skin can be nourished externally with some wonderful ingredients and at the same time could easily be damaged by harmful chemicals, which are widely used in cosmetic formulations. It is simple to understand that the more we reduce the amount of toxins we introduce to our body, whether it comes via the food we eat, the water we drink, or the skin care products we put on our skin, the healthier we will be.
Q: What makes Avitalin products so effective?
A: The Avitalin skin care line is absolutely free of artificial colors, artificial fragrances, and harmful chemicals. Each formula includes a unique complex of skin nutrients in high concentrations. Once you begin to use Avitalin products, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. You will notice a healthy glow that signifies Avitalin's effectiveness.
Q: Do these products work with any skin type?
A: Avitalin skin care products were developed for all skin types and are safe to use on even the most sensitive skin. Each ingredient has been specially selected for its ability to nourish and improve skin of any type.
Q: Some of your products have a slightly unpleasant aroma. Why is this?
A: At Avitalin we do not choose essential oils for their pleasant aroma; we select them for their healing properties. For example, our Recovery Treatment smells quite medicinal. It contains quantities of herbal extracts, including German chamomile and tea tree oils, which are added to the formula for their healing and anti-inflammatory abilities. This product is incredibly reparative and can dramatically reduce inflammation and redness.
Q: A few of your creams can be used for either dry or oily skin. How can they be effective for both skin types?
A: These formulas have a light consistency and contain nothing that is potentially damaging or irritating. Avitalin formulas are generally of a light consistency and are non-comedogenic, meaning they do not clog the pores. Our herbal blends also have anti-inflammatory properties, which benefits both skin types.
Q: Since your company uses a natural preservation system, how should I store your skin care products? How long will they stay fresh?
A: You can safely store Avitalin products at normal room temperature. Unopened, they stay fresh for up to one year. Once opened, they will stay fresh for up to six months.
Q: I noticed that the color of one of my Avitalin creams has changed. Why did this happen?
A: The hue of some of our products will darken or change color after you have had them for a while. This is a normal change caused by some of the essential oils and herbal extracts in our formulas. It is perfectly normal and does not mean there is anything wrong with your Avitalin product.
Q: When can I expect to see results?
A: Within seven days of starting use of Avitalin products, you should have silkier, softer skin and an increased hydration level. Fine lines and wrinkles will have a smoother appearance, and you should have a healthy glow.
