Opened items may be returned only when an allergic reaction has occurred. Avitalin cannot accept returned items if more than 30% of the product has been used. In case of allergic reaction, you may wish to exchange the used product for a different product equal in value. If the replacement product(s) cost(s) more than the returned item(s), Avitalin will bill you for the difference.
